Vivo X300 & X300 Pro Launched in India – Price, Specs & Full Review
bmw | Dec. 2, 2025
The smartphone industry has been rapidly evolving, with brands continuously competing to deliver the best technology in compact form. Vivo has now stepped into the spotlight once again with the launch of its new X-Series lineup: the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. These two devices are designed to push the boundaries of mobile photography, performance, battery life, and display hardware. Although the official pricing for India and Nepal has not yet been announced, the devices have already generated immense interest among tech enthusiasts worldwide.
The X300 Series primarily targets users who want a premium smartphone experience—something that combines strong photography capabilities, top-tier performance, and long-term reliability. This article provides a detailed and human-friendly overview of the design, display, performance, camera features, battery capacity, expected pricing, and overall usability of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro.
Design and Display
A major highlight of the X300 Series is its display. The Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, providing smooth animations and vibrant colors. The X300 Pro steps up with a larger 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display, also running at 120Hz. Both displays are power-efficient due to LTPO technology, which dynamically adjusts refresh rates depending on the content. The design language is sleek, lightweight, and premium, making the smartphones comfortable for daily use despite their flagship-level hardware.
Performance and Hardware
Vivo has equipped both the X300 and X300 Pro with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 processor, built on a 3nm architecture. This chipset promises significant performance boosts in gaming, video recording, app switching, and AI-based tasks. Users can expect extremely smooth multitasking without lag.
Memory options vary depending on the model and region, but the series offers configurations with 12GB or 16GB RAM combined with 256GB, 512GB, or even 1TB of storage. This makes the devices ideal for heavy users, gamers, content creators, and professionals who require ample storage and high processing power.
Camera Experience
Vivo is known for prioritizing camera quality, and the X300 Series continues this tradition. The Vivo X300 features a 200MP primary camera paired with an ultra-wide and periscope telephoto lens. The 50MP front camera provides sharp, well-balanced selfies and stable video quality.
The Vivo X300 Pro uses a 50MP Sony LYT-828 sensor for its primary camera, along with a 200MP periscope telephoto lens that supports high-quality zoom photography. This lens makes it easier to capture clear images at long distances while maintaining natural color tones and stability. The Pro model also includes an ultra-wide lens and a 50MP selfie camera. Night mode, portrait enhancement, and video stabilization have also been significantly improved.
Battery Life and Charging
Battery capacity differs slightly between the two models. The Vivo X300 has a 6040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro includes a larger 6510mAh cell. Despite the large battery sizes, the overall weight of the devices remains balanced.
Both smartphones support 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. This ensures that users can recharge their phones quickly, even with heavy usage. The efficiency of the 3nm processor further enhances battery performance, allowing longer screen-on times.
Software Experience
Both phones run on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16. The interface is clean, modern, and customizable, offering smooth animations and an overall refined user experience. Vivo’s software has also been optimized for better thermal management and long-term stability.
Pricing in India and Nepal
As of now, Vivo has not officially revealed the pricing for India. Many online reports estimate a starting price around ₹75,999 for the base model, but this has not been confirmed. Without an official Indian price, the estimated pricing for Nepal also remains uncertain.
Generally speaking, smartphones in Nepal are priced slightly higher due to import taxes, customs fees, and distribution costs. The final price for the X300 Series in Nepal is expected to be about 10–20% higher than the Indian retail price once it is officially announced.
For the moment, it is more appropriate to refer to all Indian and Nepali pricing as expectations or estimates rather than confirmed figures.
Who Should Consider the Vivo X300 Series?
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are suitable for users who demand a premium smartphone experience. Photographers and videographers will appreciate the advanced camera hardware, while gamers will benefit from the Dimensity 9500’s performance. Viewers who enjoy media consumption will love the bright LTPO OLED displays. Users who prefer long battery life and fast charging will also find the devices appealing.
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro represent a significant leap forward in smartphone technology for 2025. From the powerful Dimensity 9500 processor to the high-end camera systems, premium LTPO displays, and large battery capacities, the X300 Series is well-positioned to compete with major brands like Samsung, OnePlus, and Xiaomi.
Although the official pricing for India and Nepal is still pending, the specifications and initial impressions suggest that Vivo’s new flagship lineup will likely become one of the most competitive smartphone releases of the year.
